A Call to the CEO

Over the last six months I've sat across the table from a fair number of CIOs and CTOs. And I'll be straight with you, most of them are stuck. Frozen, even. Caught in analysis paralysis over what to actually do with AI.

So today I'm not talking to them. I'm talking to you: the CEO.

Here's the part worth hearing clearly. AI is no longer a technology challenge. It's a commercial one. It's already reshaping your industry, your margins and, whether you've noticed or not, your competitors. The decisions that felt optional twelve months ago are now decisions about relevance.

If your organisation's AI conversation still lives inside a committee, a pilot program or a "watch and wait" posture, you have a problem. Not a capability problem, a decision problem. Most organisations don't lack the tools. They lack the call.

The hesitation is understandable. Well-governed AI isn't a product you buy off a shelf; it's an operating change. But the cost of waiting compounds. Every quarter of delay is a quarter your competitors are using to move.

Here's what I want you to take from this: you can embark on this journey properly, well-governed, secure and built for adoption, at the world's highest uptake rate of 80%, backed by the security and innovation of Google. That's not hype. It's the benchmark for what "done properly" looks like.

Over the coming weeks I'll lay out the key reasons to start, and why now matters more than perfect. No hype, no jargon, no fluff. Just the sharp end of what's working, what's not and what's next.

If you're ready to truly transform your business, let's have a discussion.
